1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BingoArena, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register and play. You are responsible for ensuring your participation is legal where you live.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Memberships & Payments
Membership tiers (Free, Silver, Gold, Platinum) and store purchases are billed as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Tournament Play
Tournaments use a 75-ball BINGO format with knockout brackets. Draws are server-verified. Attempting to manipulate draws, multi-accounting, or collusion results in disqualification and account suspension.
6. Prize Pools & Payouts
Prize pools are awarded to verified champions. Affiliate commissions are tracked in a ledger and paid out according to the program terms. Payouts may require identity verification.
7. Affiliate Program
Affiliates earn commissions on referred players' tournament entries. Spam, fraudulent referrals, or abuse of the program forfeits commissions and may suspend your account.
8. Acceptable Use
You will not harass other players, cheat, reverse-engineer the platform, or use bots. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
BingoArena is provided 'as is.' We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active members.
